This photo shows the final stages of frame construction of the Singing Tower at Mountain Lake Sanctuary (now Bok Tower Gardens). It appears that the bell chamber is complete, and its octagonal shape is apparent. Several constructions workers are visible on the Tower. A crane used in the construction process is seen attached to the top of the structure. The picture was taken from the south facing north in what is now the Oak Grove. The date is an estimate based on other negatives in this collection and historical documentation. This negative is included in a set of three books which include Mr. Burrell's photographic documentation of the construction of the Singing Tower.
