This photo shows the initial stages of frame construction of the Singing Tower at Mountain Lake Sanctuary (now Bok Tower Gardens). It appears that the second level is nearing completion. A number of steel beams are visible in the foreground of the image. A construction worker is visible at the top of the structure. Several construction sheds are visible in the background, one of which may have contained a winch. The picture was taken from the southeast facing northwest. The date is an estimate based on other negatives in this collection and historical documentation. This negative is included in a set of three books which include Mr. Burrell's photographic documentation of the construction of the Singing Tower.
