The Thomas Rees Memorial Carillon is located in a 132 feet high tower and has 67 bells. The carillon originally had 66 bells that were cast and installed in 1962 by the Petit and Fritsen Bell Foundry (Aarle-Rixtel, Holland, NL). The I. T. Verdin Company (Cincinnati, Ohio, US) completed renovations on the carillon in 1978 and 1987. In 1993, extensive structural renovations were performed on the tower. In 2000, the carillon was enlarged with a bell cast by the Petit and Fritsen Bell Foundry. In 2011, the upper belfry was rehung.
