The carillon is located at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart on the campus of the University of Notre Dame. The tower stands 218 feet high and houses a traditional carillon of 23 bells, in addition to a large bourdon bell named St. Anthony of Padua. All of the bells were cast by Bollee & Sons Bell Foundry (Le Mans, FR). It is considered the oldest carillon in North America.
