This appears to be the layout of the marble for the base of the Singing Tower at Mountain Lake Sanctuary (now Bok Tower Gardens). The marble seems to be sitting on a loading dock near railroad tracks. The marble at the base of the Tower is white and grey then fades to Ethowa (or Georgia pink) marble from Tate, Georgia. This negative is extremely dark, and digitization may have created the green hue at the top of the image. It is unclear if this photograph was taken in Lake Wales (Florida), Tate (Georgia), or another location. The date is an estimate based on other negatives in this collection. This negative is included in a set of three books which include Mr. Burrell's photographic documentation of the construction of the Singing Tower.
